In 2007 the Vertu Company presented new mobile phone. The model Vertu Ferrari 1947 will be produced in limited edition of 1947 phones. The main distinguishing feature of Vertu Ferrari, mobile phone for a very limited number of people, will be the Ferrari logotype on the phone front panel, red leather covering and battery cover panel created in the form of Italian sport car pedal. It is not a surprise that Vertu Ferrari price was much more than a couple thousand dollars. Vertu Company phones are hand made of expensive materials and go though numerous tests which is inevitable reflected in the price.

But Vertu Ferrari will not manage to become the most expensive phone in history  - the absolute record belongs to Goldfiish model for one million dollars.

For the 60th Company anniversary, Vertu presented to its fans Vertu Ferrari LE 60 which was produced in very limited number  - only 60 phones, which were immediately bought.

Vertu Ferrari mobile phones became the pearl in the Vertu Ascent Ti collection. This model was created with love for those who adores speed and Ferrari sport cars. The results of cooperation of these two great companies, Vertu and Ferrari, surprise d even the most skilled professionals: such a revolutionary design as Vertu Ferrari which reminds of sport car clear lines, was never before created.

Vertu Ascent Ferrari 60 (1947) corpus is made of titan and uses the same joints as Ferrari cars. The phone display has the resolution 116x148 pixels and will be traditionally scratch protected by sapphire covering. The Back panel and sides of the phone are partially covered with real leather which was prepared by hand. The Vertu Ferrari phones comes in the set with Bluetooth garniture Vertu Aerius. The producers offers its services in leather corpus covering replacement every six months. The Vertu Ascent Ti Ferrari group includes Vertu Ascent Ti Ferrari Nero Assoluto Limited Edition, Vertu Ascent Ti Ferrari Nero Limited Edition, Vertu Ascent Ti Ferrari Rosso, Vertu Ascent Ti Ferrari Giallo and Vertu Ascent Ti Ferrari Nero Assoluto Limited edition. But since very few people have the possibility to purchase this kind of phones, many producers started working of clones, or replicas of these phones, which have also become rather popular.
